✔️ Underground Utilities & Sprinklers: We will contact 811 or your local utility marking service 1-2 weeks before your event to check for underground lines. If you have sprinklers or private lines, let us know in advance.
✔️ Flat, Open Space Required: The tent area must be freshly mowed, debris-free, and level with no overhead obstructions (tree branches, power lines, etc.).
✔️ Marked Corners: Before setup, please mark the four tent corners with white spray paint or visible markers.
✔️ Easy Access: We need direct driving access to the setup area for safe and efficient installation.
✔️ Weather Considerations: Setup and takedown depend on weather conditions. We may adjust the timing to allow the tent to dry properly.
