We will contact you a few days before your scheduled pick-up to confirm the time selected.

- Our location is on the southwest end of a retired school building. (We are not accessible through the front or back doors of the school building, which is the Bright Acres Learning Academy.)

- Look for several white service vehicles and double doors marked with a "D10" at the top.

- Upon arrival, text us at 513-268-8114 to let us know you're here.

- We will bring your items out, or you may already be in the parking lot and ready to assist.

- We will also confirm a convenient drop-off time when your event ends.
