Where are we located?
Simply Party Rentals is conveniently located at the historic Harlan Butlerville School at 8276 State Route 132, Blanchester, OH 45107. Our central location allows us to serve customers throughout Blanchester, Wilmington, Lebanon, Mason, Loveland, Morrow, Milford, Cincinnati, and the surrounding communities across Southwest Ohio.
We share the building with Little Miami Gig and Bright Acres Learning Academy and are located on the southwest side of the building.
To provide the best customer experience, all visits are by appointment only. Whether you're picking up tables, chairs, yard games, or other party rentals, we'll make the process quick and convenient.
For scheduled pickups, simply drive around to the back of the building to the single entrance door. Give us a call or send us a text when you arrive, and a member of our team will bring your rental items out and assist with loading your vehicle.
